How Sweet?! January 2, 2010

Here is a great way to limit or eliminate the white refined sugars we eat. Try substituting with these sweeteners next time you do some baking. (and let me know how it turns out!)

    So, the whole frosting thing – powdered sugar gives it the thickness – what’s the alternative for that? I can make “healthy” cake, but the frosting kills it – I need a good tasting, not so bad for you frosting.
