Feingold Diet July 15, 2009

My cousin shared this with me and now I would like to share it with you. It is really amazing and I am not surprised that diets affect they way children behave.

Here is what my cousin had to say: “I have a friend who’s 6 year old was diagnosed last Sept as having ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, fine and gross motor delay and sleep issues. He used to having screaming fits daily and so many behavioral problems. They put him on the Feingold diet, and his behavior has had a huge change…if he were evaluated today he would not be seen as having ADHD or ODD…no more sleep issues.”
